This refrigerator replaced a 24-years old fridge. It fits under the upper cabinets and is very quiet. So quiet that during the first few days after installation we kept checking to make sure it was on! (It was on... LOL) We like the drawer that slides sideways. The door holders for gallon jugs worried us at first, but they are strong and we put a gallon container in one of them all the time and it is just fine. My only wish would be to add a light in the freezer. No big deal really.

This refrigerator comes standard in a brand new apartment I just rented. It makes a loud and annoying gurgling sound during the cooling cycle. The noise can be heard throughout the apartment. Why does Whirlpool sell a frig that makes a bad noise? Their website says the gurgling noise is normal. In 55 years of life I've never had a refrigerator that makes this awful sound. I've requested that the apartment manager replace it with a quiet frig that doesn't gurgle.

Was not told there's no light in freezer! Needs a light! Bottom shelf of the refrigerator is colder than top. Freezer door pops open whenever you close the refrigerator. Suction on freezer door should be better. The tech said that's the way it's supposed to be.

I purchased this fridge less than a month ago. The configuration of the drawers, shelves, etc., is fantastic! My favorite feature, however, is how much I can fit into the door! It's so nice to be able to fit all my condiments, water bottles, soft drinks, etc., without having to clutter up the food shelves. Also, I love the glass shelves, making it much easier to keep track of what I'm running low on.

Great fridge! The slide drawer moves easily side to side without pulling it out so you can make room for larger items on lower shelf. A big plus is the door holds 2 gallons of milk, one on each shelf! I love this fridge!

Bought the refrigerator as we needed one right away. Adequate space inside, nice layout. A bit noisy at times with gurgling sounds. Small issue. Whirlpool emblem crooked.
Only real complaint is the handle. I hit my head on the freezer door twice on the first day as I was loading the refrigerator.

It make very loud popping noises. I had one of their repair guys out to my house and he said I have to live with it, nothing he can do. It's still under warranty for 5 more months. I'm gonna keep trying. Don't buy it! The other reviews have to be fake!
