- Our office team will reach out the day before your scheduled delivery with a 2-hour time frame for the following day.
- If you have a contractor, family member or tenant you would like us to contact instead, please provide us with that information before delivery
- Our delivery crew will call you 30 mins ahead on the day of delivery
- Make sure delivery address and contact number is correct on your sale
- Please ensure that your home is ready for delivery.
- Driveway and walkway cleared and or salted
- Any doors, door trim or railings that may need to be removed for delivery is the responsibility of the homeowner
- To avoid redelivery fee please ensure all measurements are correct prior to delivery, as these are the responsibility of the homeowner (we do provide specifications)
- Please put away all animals, this allows a clear workspace for our delivery crew
- Please allow 24-hour notice of delivery cancellation or reschedule to avoid a redelivery fee of $50
- Our delivery crews do not install or uninstall anything built in or any gas appliances.
- We do not enter homes without anyone present or anyone under the age of 18
- Signature is required on every delivery slip, ensuring delivery and setup was complete and without damage
- Any damage to the home or the appliance must be reported within three days of delivery, pictures must be provided
- Customers have 30 days from the day of purchase to add Extended Warranties
- All rebates are the responsibility of the customer
